Shipping
HaloRing Tree Lights ship worldwide. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment.
Delivery times
- Worldwide: 6–10 business days from dispatch.
- Tracking is emailed as soon as the carrier scans your parcel.
- Remote destinations and customs inspections can add a few days. If a parcel has not arrived within 15 business days, contact us, and we will trace it.
Cost
- United States: free standard shipping on every set.
- International: calculated at checkout by destination.
Customs and import charges
Orders shipped outside the United States may attract import duty, VAT, or a carrier handling fee. These are charged by your customs authority, not by us, and are the recipient's responsibility. They are not included in the product price or the shipping cost, and we cannot predict or refund them. Refusing a parcel to avoid duty means it is returned to us and refunded minus the outbound and return freight.
If something goes wrong
- Damaged in transit: send a photo of the parcel and the fixture within 7 days of delivery, and we will ship a replacement panel or driver.
- Lost in transit: if tracking has not moved for 10 business days, we will reship or refund.
- Address changes: we can amend the address until dispatch. After dispatch, reshipping is at the customer's cost.
- Incorrect address supplied: parcels returned to us as undeliverable are refunded minus freight.
