Five-year warranty
Every HaloRing Tree Light set carries a five-year warranty on the LED panels and the driver, from the date of delivery.
What's covered
- LED panels that stop lighting, flicker, or lose output unevenly
- Individual LEDs that fail within a panel
- The 24V driver failing to deliver power
- Water ingress through a sealed housing or connector under normal outdoor use
- Finish failure such as blistering or peeling on the aluminium housing
What isn't covered
- Physical damage from falling limbs, mowers, vehicles, or animals
- Damage from cutting or splicing the low-voltage lead, or from a non-approved power supply
- Damage from incorrect voltage, power surges, or an unsealed connection left above ground
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect function
- Normal output decline over years of use
How to make a claim
Message us through the contact form with your order number, a photo of the installed fixture, and a short description of the fault. We will confirm the fault and send a replacement panel, connector, or driver. In most cases you will not need to return the faulty part.
If a covered fault cannot be resolved with a replacement part, we will replace the affected set.
Keeping the warranty valid
Install the ring so the transformer sits at a protected outdoor outlet and every connector is screwed tight. Do not cut the low-voltage lead to lengthen it — use the transformer's own lead and, if needed, an outdoor extension cord on the 120V side. Keep mulch and soil clear of the lens face.
